Making a complaint

Any complaints about the visa service should be sent in writing addressed to:

Any complaints about the consular service can either be made in person or in writing.

To complain in person:

  • Ask to speak to HM Consul
  • If the complaint is about HM Consul ask to speak to the High Commissioner

If you wish to complain in writing please address your letter to:
